Our\u00a0office in Izmir\u00a0moved to its current location near Izmir Bayrakl\u0131 Courthouse in 2011.<\/p><p>Our Founding Partners\u00a0S. Dicle Matur \u00c7\u00f6kelek and Att. M. Efser Karayel-Ke\u00dfler, who used to work on project-basis for our office, to permanent positions in October 2016, and therefore managed to expand its operations to \u0130stanbul and Cologne\/ Germany thanks to these new competent partners. Since then, the office has started to operate under the title \u201cMatur &amp; \u00d6kten &amp; Karayel Ke\u00dfler Law Office.\u201d<\/p><p>Furthermore, Att. Efsun Matur, one of our founding attorneys, has become one of the first registered mediators in Turkey following the Mediation Legislation that became effective in 2013, which allows our office to provide our clients with alternative ways to resolve disputes.<\/p><p>The scope of our activities can be divided into two main fields: counseling and litigation\/dispute resolution. The division of work among our attorneys is based on their areas of expertise. In this way, when our clients contact with the office, their legal problem is evaluated and resolved by the partner attorney whose expertise is related to the given issue.<\/p><p>We can speak both English and German fluently in Matur &amp; \u00d6kten &amp; Karayel Ke\u00dfler Law Office. Furthermore, we also have attorneys in our team who have know-how and experiences in German Law, European Union Law, and International Trade and Investment law. Our office has managed to meet the European standards thanks to our partner attorney M.
